Hi! I’m Valerie Hunt!

I have helped thousands of runners get started in running and/or come back from injuries for over 20 years! I am a Level 4 PoseMethod® Master Coach, former head coach for CrossFit Running, teaching clinics to runners and coaches across the globe,   including the US Army Master Fitness trainers in Military Running. From recreational to elite, every runner that came to the clinic felt an immediate improvement in their run!

I was once in your shoes, back in the 90s  I went through the same frustrations of running pains, and injuries setting me back on my running goals. I bought the new shoes and did the stretches with the same results.  But I learned how to run pain-free and have been running pain-free ever since.

DAY 1: Identify What's Killing Your Run

 

Runners make a lot of very common mistakes that can cause pain in their feet, ankles, hips, and shoulders. They think it can be fixed with a new pair of shoes, getting a massage, or doing cryotherapy.. but it's not.

They even go as far s taping, constant stretching and it still doesn't fix the problem.

  I'm injured, can I still do the Virtual Clinic?

Totally!

you can still participate and benefit from the clinic even if you are injured. We do all the practice in place, and we do offer modifications, so even if you are unable to run, you can still practice..

   Where are the live trainings?

   What times are the trainings?

Each training takes place at 12:00 (NOON) Central Time

Don’t worry about it! We are recording everything so you can catch it whenever you can.
